FEEDER ROD Garbolino ZOMBIE SPECIMEN HUNTER CARP METHOD FEEDER XL. We enter the category of rods intended for the pursuit of large, very large fish with the ZOMBIE SPECIMEN HUNTER CARP METHOD FEEDER XL. As its name indicates, it is an extremely powerful tool in the Method family for carp and large specimens. This rod measures 3m30 in 2 sections (or pieces) to ensure maximum strength and an effective parabolic action during fights. The weight is 270g, justified by the amount of material and the robustness of the blank. Its most striking characteristic is its power range: 60/120g.

It is an extremely strong and powerful rod, allowing the casting and handling of very heavy Method Feeders, often necessary to reach long distances in carp fisheries or to fish in windier conditions. This level of power places it high on the spectrum for a short Method rod. The blank is made of IM Carbon (Intermediate Modulus), specially chosen for its ability to combine power and strength without being too stiff, thus offering a good reserve of power to extract carp and other specimens from obstacles.

The rod is supplied with 2 GFLEX Carbon tips of 2.8mm (more robust than the 2.2mm) in 1.5 and 2 oz powers. The use of the 2.8mm diameter ensures that the tip-top/tip assembly withstands strong casts with heavy weights. Size 6 guides are oversized for increased strength and to facilitate the passage of mainline knots. The finishes are designed for combat: Mixed Cork EVA handle for lasting comfort, a sturdy Tubular Reel Seat, and of course a Line Holder. The tip ends are painted and the power clearly indicated at the base. The set is delivered in its Canvas Case.
