We are proud to present the Tackle Guru Aventus R rod range, the new flagship of the brand and a worthy heir to our iconic and widely acclaimed Aventus series. The designation 'R' stands for 'Reborn' (Renaissance), symbolizing a complete evolution in design and manufacturing excellence. Through the integration of cutting-edge materials and optimized engineering principles, the Aventus R series sets a new benchmark in terms of performance, durability and precision. This is not a mere improvement, but a total reinvention of what a high-end rod can achieve.
Aventus R – Advanced Technologies

Zero90X Carbon Technology
Zero90X Carbon Technology represents a significant advance over the original Zero90 material used on the previous generation. This evolution is based on the strategic addition of a new carbon layer featuring X-woven fibers, positioned specifically between the 0° and 90° oriented carbon plies. This complex composite structure creates an entirely new blank architecture that significantly reduces the torsional and rotational forces naturally generated during casting.

By minimizing the blank's natural deviation under maximum compression, Zero90X technology produces a much faster action. This essential reduction in torque allows the tip to return to position more quickly, thus providing markedly greater casting distances, with increased control and accuracy. In addition, the increased resistance to twisting ensures a linear and direct energy transfer, noticeably improving accuracy.
RJS – Rigid Joint System
To ensure structural consistency and optimal power transfer along the entire length of the rod, we have integrated the Zero90X material into the ferrule reinforcement (RF) at each joint. This technical innovation, called the RJS Rigid Joint System, achieves a progressive and smooth blank curve, reproducing the feel of a one-piece rod.

The main advantage of the RJS system is the elimination of "flat spots" or rigid areas typically present at the ferrules. This guarantees excellent action during the fight while maintaining structural integrity under heavy load. For the angler, this translates into a smoother fight, better cushioning against violent runs and increased confidence when controlling large fish with finer rigs.
Aventus DT Quivertips
The Aventus DT (Distance Taper) tips have been developed with meticulous care from high-quality solid Japanese carbon. These premium indicators are fitted with Fuji KW Anti-Tangle rings, ensuring perfect harmony with the main blank, both in action and aesthetics.

A Fuji LG Tangle Free tip ring has been installed to limit line wraps around the delicate tip end. This improvement greatly increases reliability and fishing performance, particularly in adverse weather conditions. The tip range covers all needs, from fine whitefish fishing to powerful long-distance feeder fishing.
Aventus R – Feeder Range
The Aventus R Feeder range includes eight specialized rods designed to cover all aspects of modern feeder fishing. The collection begins with two-piece feeder models in 10ft and 11ft, complemented by Distance versions in 10ft and 11ft offering increased power and versatility. The range continues with a two-piece 12ft model, followed by a brand new three-piece 12ft version, and concludes with Distance feeder rods in 13ft and 14ft intended for extreme casting.

All models benefit from high-end equipment, including Fuji TVS and DPS Downlocking reel seats, Premium Grade Armlock cork handles and Guru Ergonomic EVA rear butts. The standard 10ft and 11ft models are supplied with Zero90 LT Carbon tips, while the Distance Feeder models are equipped with the new Aventus DT tips fitted with Fuji KW Anti-Tangle rings with Alconite inserts for increased longevity and long-distance performance.
Aventus R - 10ft and 11ft
The new 10ft and 11ft models have been completely redesigned from the butt section. They feature a slimmer profile and a faster taper, resulting in a noticeably lighter and better balanced blank. These models are fitted with the new Aventus R Zero90 LT (Light Taper) tips, specifically designed to improve bite detection and ensure a perfect transition between the blank and the tip, guaranteeing responsiveness and optimal performance.

Ergonomic adjustments include a reduced handle length on the 10ft and 11ft Aventus R, combined with a Fuji TVS reel seat. This configuration provides a slimmer profile, better rear balance and improved control during the fight thanks to the shorter handle. These rods are the ultimate tools for commercial fisheries, ideal for bomb fishing, method feeder and hybrid feeder when targeting carp and F1s at short to medium range.
Aventus R - 10ft and 11ft Distance Feeder
Developed specifically for versatility, the new 10ft and 11ft Distance rods use blanks with a more pronounced taper than the standard versions. This specific design provides the extra power reserve necessary to reach greater distances while retaining a compact length.

Despite their distance capabilities, they remain perfectly suited to short-range fishing requiring more power. They excel when it is necessary to control large double-figure carp, offering the power reserve needed to master fighting fish without locking the rod.
Aventus R – 12ft and 13ft Distance Feeder
The Aventus R Distance Feeder rods 12ft and 13ft feature a blank slightly stiffer and faster than the previous Aventus generation. Thanks to the rigorous integration of Zero90X and RJS technologies, blank performance has been improved by a drastic reduction in torque.

This reduction results in more accurate long-distance casts without compromising fighting action. The progressive curve guarantees that hook-holds are maintained, even with small hooks. A brand new 12ft 3-piece version has also been added to the Aventus R range. This model has a tip slightly more flexible than the 12ft 2-piece version, making it the ideal choice for delicate presentations when fishing bream, skimmers and large roach in natural waters. The more forgiving tip action is particularly advantageous with small hooks, while the 3-piece configuration greatly facilitates transport and storage.
Aventus R – 14ft Distance Feeder
The 14ft model has been significantly improved to offer a blank more powerful than its predecessor. Extensive testing showed that to achieve a real and consistent gain in distance compared to the 13ft model, structural reinforcements were necessary.

Consequently, blank stiffness was increased to unlock approximately 10% additional casting potential. Despite this increased stiffness for casting, the integration of Zero90X and RJS carbon technologies ensures the rod retains a responsive and effective action during the fight. This rod is the ultimate tool for large reservoirs, wide rivers and European feeder venues where extreme distance and precision are essential.
Aventus R – Float Range
The Aventus R Float range consists of five specialized rods designed to cover all free-line techniques, from pellet waggler fishing in commercial fisheries to waggler and slider techniques in natural waters. The range begins with two-piece 10ft and 11ft models developed for modern pellet waggler fishing in commercial fisheries. It is completed by three-piece versions in 13ft, 14ft and 15ft designed to meet the specific requirements of waggler fishing in natural environments.

All models are equipped with Fuji KW Anti-Tangle guides with Alconite inserts, Premium Grade Armlock cork handles, Guru Ergonomic EVA rear butts and Fuji TVS reel seats. This homogeneous premium specification ensures optimal line control, precise casting and reliable performance when it matters most.
Aventus R - 10ft and 11ft Float
Mainly designed for pellet waggler fishing in commercial fisheries, the 10ft and 11ft two-piece rods excel in targeting carp and F1s. The blanks feature a solid power reserve allowing pellet wagglers up to 15 g to be efficiently propelled, providing the casting weight and the authority needed to control fighting carp into double figures.

Despite this power reserve, the rods retain a fine tip, allowing smaller F1s and even white fish to be confidently secured on light lines. Their compact length offers unmatched speed and maneuverability — essential qualities during intensive pellet waggler sessions where repeated casts and rapid fish control are paramount.
Aventus R – 13ft, 14ft and 15ft Float
The range includes three additional 3-piece constructions to comprehensively cover all aspects of waggler fishing in natural waters. It includes 13ft, 14ft and 15ft versions suited to varied venues, from small lakes to large reservoirs and rivers with flow.

The 14ft model is a brand new addition to the range, mainly developed for big waggler and slider fishing in deep water, where banner recovery speed is crucial. It is also perfectly suited to stick float and river waggler fishing, offering superior line control. The 15ft model offers ultimate control on rivers, while the 13ft remains the versatile reference for general waggler fishing.
