The MAGIC CRANK 40 SR is a small 'Crankbait Shallow Runner', ideal for prospecting shallow areas of rivers, streams, ponds and lakes. The unique sound of the MAGIC CRANK 40 SR is achieved thanks to two small metal beads moving freely inside a chamber specially designed like a prism (multiple grooves) to make the beads grind and thus create a deep, low-pitched sound, and it also provides a visual stimulus by reflecting light through this cavity. A simple continuous linear retrieve interspersed with 'Stop & Go' pauses is enough to make it deadly. You can also vary the retrieval speed or impart a very fast 'Steady Retrieve' action. That will be enough to trigger reflex strikes from predators (perch, zander, pike, black bass, trout, chub...) over weedbeds, around cover and near any type of obstacle.
