I've rarely seen Pascal Cognard return from prototype trials with such a large smile... The combination of so many years of work and recent technologies allows us today to approach ultimate perfection. I think it's unnecessary to overwhelm you with superlatives; you already know the reputation of the Tactical ranges. You will simply find below a few important points that make a difference:

• Blank: It holds two flyline weights. The lightest flyline with beautiful liveliness allows for technical and light fishing. The heaviest triggers the progressiveness, the quiet strength and the distance.

• Rings: Fuji SIC for the first followed by REC Recoil TM rings in Titanium/nickel to save weight and minimize the "hard points" on the rod.

• Reel seat: Screw-down for the longest rods (balance gain which optimizes the speed of the wrist while minimizing fatigue). Made of anodized 5040 aluminum. Laser-engraved Trout profile.

• Handles: AAA cork as in the rest of the Tactical range.
