The FAT JIG as its name suggests was designed to be heavy, or rather compact! The range of spoons and Jigs Ragot was already well stocked, but to complete it, we had to think about "density". For shore fishermen, the FAT JIG will allow casting at very long distances a lure that remains ultimately of small size whereas for onboard fishermen, it will be a formidable efficiency to reach quickly the depths while presenting a lure not too imposing and resistant in the current. Natural or Flashy colours and armed with an assist hook and a simple in-line, the FAT JIG revealed itself during the tests to be a formidable weapon on all our marine predators, particularly on pollocks and bass.
