Power supply recommendations:
The GARMIN ECHOMAP ULTRA² 122SV fishfinder as well as the LIVESCOPE LVS34 transducer must be powered with 12V. You should provide enough amperage from your 12V lead-acid and/or lithium battery to ensure good runtime for an entire day.
It is recommended to install a switch on the power supply of your fishfinder and the LIVESCOPE transducer so you can turn it off while underway on the water.
Installation recommendations for the LIVESCOPE transducer on the optional removable transducer pole PIKE N BASS (reference 410169) and/or RAILBLAZA POLE 30 FOR THE FLOAT TUBE and/or POLE 60 for the boat:
The transducer pole is generally mounted on the starboard side and next to the helm so you can adjust the orientation of your transducer while seated at your boat's console seat and enjoy a complete view if there are two anglers fishing in vertical mode.
For navigation with a combustion engine and at high speed, you must fold your pole into the horizontal position to avoid any risk of damage and thus protect your transducer.
