Special nymphs for trout fishing using the toc method and sight fishing – Constructed with high-quality materials – Beads/Jigs/Javis only in Tungsten - Each set is adapted to a specific use, whether for lighting conditions, water type, position or time of year. Set of 4 different pieces that can be used together in tandem or alone.
5505-1 : Light curved nymph classified as an imitative nymph. Model inspired by the famous « Pheasant Tail ». Built with a pheasant body. Copper bead and ribbing to keep a neutral appearance. Added olive-colored synthetic fiber thorax to provide slight reflections and highlight the imitation. Overall nymph offering a natural appearance.
5505-2 : Light curved nymph classified as an imitative nymph. Perdigon rig with a smooth black body and tails that facilitate immersion. Complemented by a fine silver ribbing and a blood-red tag at the rear to provide slight enticing signals to the imitation.
5505-3 : Light straight nymph classified as an attractor nymph. Built with bushy hare dubbing with a medium silver ribbing to trigger curiosity. Completed with a marked orange tag at the rear to provide a strong signal to the imitation.
5505-4 : Light straight nymph classified as an attractor nymph. Body constructed from segmented tan quill with the addition of a collar and tails to give more realism. Completed with a marked orange tag at the rear to provide a strong signal to the imitation.
More details : Rigging rules for a tandem presentation : Preferably, use the heaviest nymph at the tip. It is also possible to use two nymphs of equivalent weight on a tandem rig if you are looking to obtain a softer line presentation. Spacing between the 2 nymphs in tandem should be set according to the speed – depth combination : 1/ in tight current and shallow depth : 10 to 20 cm 2/ in diffuse current and medium to great depth : 20 to 60 cm. Approximate dropper leader length : 5 to 10 cm
