All Scope 2025 rod models are now equipped with the new innovative Butt Lock Peg system.

This patented, removable rear-mounted system allows the rod to be fixed directly to the ground, without traditional spikes or rear rests. A practical and discreet asset for mobile carp anglers, for short sessions where rear rests are not used.

It prevents rods from being ripped out of or flung from the bite alarms during violent runs. Each Scope rod is supplied with an additional pin allowing an instant connection to the Butt Lock Peg.

A simple 90-degree rotation locks the rod in position, even against the most violent takes, while allowing an instant release when it is lifted.

Butt Lock Pegs are also sold separately and are compatible with all Scope models from 2025 onwards.
