From the surface to 10-12 feet, the Glideway's swimming depth depends on the number of Lead Stickers (self-adhesive weights) that you stick onto the lure's cavities. The lure is buoyant by itself, but if you fill the first cavity, it will become suspending. If you also fill the second cavity, it will become slow sinking.

The weights of this lure have been set very precisely, so the Glideway's buoyancy will also depend on the water temperature: the warmer the water, the faster the lure will sink, and vice versa. The length and diameter of your fluorocarbon leader will also influence the sinking speed, the longer and thicker the leader is, the more it will pull the lure toward the bottom.

Attach your line directly to its welded ring. For best performance, make sure not to add a snap or a split ring between the line and the welded ring.
