The roach is one of the most important prey for many freshwater predatory fish worldwide, and we have studied the behaviour, the details and the movements of this species in depth to create a series of lures that will provoke aggressive strikes from hungry predators.

The Savage Gear 3D Roach lures are all based on a 3D scan of a real roach and will surprise you with their detail, realism and incredible swimming action. It is simply the ultimate roach imitation, which looks and swims exactly like the real thing.

Our famous Line Thru system has been perfected so that the hooks can swing freely outside the body, at the widest point, guaranteeing excellent hooking in the mouth for better hooksets. It has been proven that the new rotating rig with two trebles gives the best hookset success rate and stays perfectly in place during casting and fishing.

The lure's high body profile gives it an amazing S-swim that cuts and slides to the side when rotation stops - a movement that drives pike absolutely crazy. The slow sink version has a Line Thru channel through the mouth and sinks very slowly. It can be animated.

The "moderate sink" version sinks more, with a large S-curve that moves a lot of water and attracts big pike.
