The Rippler is based on ideas by Uli Beyer. The aim was to combine an imposing silhouette with reduced weight and optimal swimming properties. The complex molded ribs represented a real manufacturing challenge, which is why a lure of this type had not existed until now. The Baby Ripplers are the smaller versions of this range of lures. They are particularly suitable for jigging. The target fish for the 10 cm version are perch, zander and also pike (when the fish are looking for smaller prey). Swimming action with the upper tail tip: if you leave the tail tip on the lure, you get a slow-motion action, which is particularly advantageous for large predators and winter fishing (the lure should not move too violently then). Swimming action without the upper tail tip: if you remove the tail tip, you get an agile and powerful swimming action. In most situations (especially during warm periods), we recommend this lure action. You can also simply tear off the end of the tail (see illustration).
