the thoriz perfectly complements our famous best-selling sg4 rods. not only does it match perfectly from an aesthetic point of view, but also in terms of performance. we focused on an ultra-smooth mechanism and rock-solid reliability, even in the most extreme conditions. the smaller sizes are perfect for finesse fishing with carolina rigs, jigs, crankbaits and twitchbaits for perch and zander, while the larger sizes should be reserved for fishing with big baits, spinnerbaits and large soft lures for pike. the k-alloy frame eliminates any play inside the housing and the precision cut gearing works perfectly, even when the reel is under pressure. thoriz reels are available in a wide range of sizes and ratios, suitable for all styles of freshwater or inshore fishing!
