The EGI OH TR 3.5 is a 'Tip Run' type squid jig particularly suited to deep fishing or when it is necessary to descend quickly into the water column. It is equipped with a tin weight, and the specific shape of its body as well as its various features allow it to maintain a perfectly stable horizontal position in the water, essential for optimizing the capture of cephalopods. Its perfect stability during the fall results from the design of its body, the choice of the shape of its weight, its hook baskets of unequal sizes and its small Hydro Fin technology protrusion located at the rear of its body, which also provides good hold in the water by making it less affected by movements of the line. The EGI-OH TR series is also equipped with 490Glow, with eyes that have phosphorescence at a wavelength of around 490nm, and Warm Jacket technology, a coating designed to reproduce and retain longer than traditional coatings the slight temperature difference between the water and the body of prey that warms when exposed to light to stimulate the predatory instinct of cephalopods. Size 3.5 is ideal for fishing cuttlefish and squid from the shore in deep areas but also from a boat. The sink rate of the Egi-Oh TR 3.0 is approximately 1,2 seconds per meter.
