Urtan X-7 is synonymous with excellence in every respect: excellence offered at a price unmatched on the current market.

This new three-piece rod is characterized by an extremely slim diameter, a pronounced tip action, and a quality of materials and finish that is above average.

The Urtan X-7 closely resembles a beach ledgering rod in terms of appearance, build and casting, but it actually delivers casting performance superior to that of any rod intended for that specialty.

It is precisely for this reason that we deliberately coined a term that briefly sums up all its particularities, namely: « beach&surf ».

The Urtan X-7 is essentially a concentrate of technology that provides the angler with unique sensations, both when casting and while fishing.

And of course, lots of fun.

• High modulus carbon U.L.A.F. Pro-Force supported by long fibers for greater responsiveness when casting and less vibration during retrieval.
• The KW ring, which is widely used across all markets, is not only very light but can rely on a structure that allows it to be used in any sea conditions, including when the sea is rough and when many debris remain suspended without settling on the bottom. In this case, the larger diameter of the rings facilitates the passage of seaweed, thus avoiding tangles and line jams near the knots.
• Hybrid tip with the last 45 centimeters in solid carbon. Tip with a diameter of 1,45 mm, which provides better hookup sensitivity, even at long distances.
• The solid carbon tip is coated with a very visible, reflective white paint.
