The PENN® Regiment IV Trolling range is designed to perform in the most extreme conditions and withstand countless hours at sea. Specially developed for trolling and drift fishing, the Regiment IV Trolling models immediately catch the eye while delivering impeccable performance. Built with an ultra-robust fibreglass blank and fitted with reinforced SeaGuide® guides, these rods have all the power reserve needed to fight the largest offshore predators. Their reinforced, spiral-wrapped guides prevent the line from touching the blank under heavy load, ensuring maximum efficiency during the toughest fights. The double-locking aluminium reel seat keeps the reel firmly in place at all times, while the high-density EVA handle provides a secure grip even in the most difficult conditions. The slick butt protects the rod from damage caused by rod holders, and the rubber gimbal provides extra power and security during the fight. The 6ft6 50–80 lb BB model is fitted with a short, bent aluminium butt, providing the leverage needed to fight big fish stand-up. The Regiment IV Trolling rods are designed for anglers who push the limits.
