The SUNSET HERO SW is a one-piece rod specially designed for trolling. With remarkable power and exemplary robustness, it excels at targeting bluefin tuna and large pelagic species thanks to its fiberglass construction and highly durable components.

The SUNSET HERO SW rod is a concentrate of power and reliability, conceived for anglers seeking strong thrills when trolling offshore. Built from fiberglass, it offers rock-solid strength and a controlled progressive action, capable of absorbing the violent runs of large pelagic fish such as bluefin tuna, amberjack (seriole) or mahi-mahi (dolphinfish). This one-piece rod is equipped with a reinforced blank and an aluminum gimbal ensuring perfect stability in the rod holder, even under high tension. The ABS butt provides excellent balance and increased durability, while the technical handle with a non-slip coating ensures a firm and comfortable grip during the most demanding fights.

Depending on the power, the SUNSET HERO SW is fitted with a tubular DPS reel seat (for the 20/50 lb version) or an aluminum reel seat (for the 30/80 lb version), providing perfect reel retention even under heavy load. The reinforced SEAGUIDE LR guides, thread-wrapped, guarantee smooth and long-lasting line travel while resisting saltwater corrosion and abrasion from modern braided lines.

At a length of 5’6” (1.68 m) and available in two power ratings (20/50 lb and 30/80 lb), the HERO SW adapts to various trolling techniques and the most combative fish. Supplied with a fabric sleeve, it is ready to face all marine conditions.
