When practising feeder fishing in freshwater, whether you are a beginner or already experienced in competitions, accessories often make the difference on the bank. Feeder fishing, whether with method feeder or a more traditional approach using feeder cages, requires consistency between rods, line, feeders and small accessories that ensure accuracy and repeatability.
Among the most useful accessories are distance sticks, which have become essential in feeder fishing. They are used to measure and reproduce exactly the same casting distance, allowing every feeder cage or method feeder to be placed in the same spot. They are pushed into the ground behind you, the line is wrapped until the desired distance is reached, and then clipped. Some models offer features such as reinforced points for hard ground.
We also offer line markers to ensure accurate feeder casting without using distance sticks, as well as simple feeder rests to support your rod securely without preventing a fast and effective strike.
