The idea of the “perfect bell” really occupied us for a very long time. What should it look like? What should it be able to do? We didn't want to have just any bell in our range that would fly off at the moment of the strike or whose clasp might give out after a few uses.

After various drawings and 3D samples, the pro-bell was born. It is designed in two parts. The base can be attached either to the tip of the rod or lower on the rod blank thanks to the different attachment rings. The angler can therefore freely choose the position of the bell on the rod according to personal preference. It is however recommended to mount the base opposite a rod guide, because the guide spacers then provide even more support to the bell at the bite and prevent the pro-bell from rotating.

The base can remain mounted on the rod; after installation, all that remains is to slide the double bells into the holder. This is very quick and child's play. The pro-bell is now securely fixed to the blank, but can be removed very easily during the fight.

A standard 4,5 mm diameter glow stick can be attached to the upper and lower ends. This helps detect bites and the pro-bell can be found at night, for example when it is removed after the hookset and thrown beside the rod holder.
