The new Shimano Kairiki 4 is a braid made from 4 strands, produced in Japan and equipped with the braiding technology "VT construction Method". This is a very resistant and smooth PE line that is perfect for long-distance casting. It is available in diameters ranging from 0.06 mm to 0.315 mm with an astonishing breaking strength of 29.8 kg. It possesses the perfect characteristics for spinning in fresh water and at sea as it is very sensitive and very smooth, also reducing noise. In addition to Mantis Green and Steel Grey, two other colours will be available, namely a highly visible Orange and a Multi Color. The Multi Color is particularly interesting for deep-sea fishing. Thanks to its softness and small diameter, Kairiki 4 is an excellent line for jig fishing because it offers low water resistance and, due to its maximum stretch of < 3.0 %, it is also highly sensitive.
