The new Shimano Kairiki 4 is a braid made from 4 strands, produced in Japan and featuring the braiding technology "VT Construction Method". It is a very strong and smooth PE line that is perfect for long distance casts. It is available in diameters ranging from 0.06mm to 0.315mm with a staggering break strength of 29.8kg. It possesses the perfect characteristics for freshwater and sea spinning as it is very sensitive and very smooth, also reducing noise. In addition to Mantis Green and Steel Grey, two other colours will be available, namely a very visible Orange and a Multi Colour. The Multi Colour is particularly interesting for deep sea fishing. Thanks to its softness and low diameter, Kairiki 4 is an excellent line for jig fishing, as it has low water resistance and, due to its maximum elongation of < 3.0%, it is also very sensitive.
