The PENN Tidal XR Solid Carbon Lowrider rods are part of the all-new exclusive PENN Tidal surfcasting concept. The Tidal XR Solid Carbon Lowrider rods are very slim rods designed from a lightweight blank made with a mix of 30T and 40T carbon. Their responsive blank is also equipped with X-wrap carbon technology which provides an even more powerful blank and at the same time reduces its torsion. This thus improves long-distance casting performance as well as casting accuracy. They are also equipped with a solid, very sensitive carbon tip that allows you to detect and not miss the slightest bite. Finally, these models are fitted with Fuji Alconite Lowrider guides that are saltwater-treated and with a specific X-shrink handle. As you can see, these rods benefit from a very refined finish.
