The Technium Deep Drop was developed exclusively for deepwater fishing with Shimano electric reels. Offering excellent value for money, it combines a high-quality carbon blank with premium components. It is also fitted with guides mounted in a spiral configuration to optimize the blank's action.

Designed to be used with all Shimano electric reels, the Technium Deep Drop is an excellent choice for anglers looking for a specialized rod capable of exploiting the full power of their high-tech reel. It is ideal for very deep fishing for squid, groupers and other deep-water predators. Its progressive action allows the blank to work in perfect harmony with the reel's automatic drag, providing optimal control, great safety during fights and increased fishing comfort.

The blank is made from full carbon with HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology, giving it exceptional power while maintaining progressive action. This design provides a large reserve of power to lift fish from great depths while absorbing sudden pressure changes during fights.

To further improve the rod's behavior, high-quality Seaguide guides, compatible with braided lines and monofilament, are mounted in a spiral configuration. This arrangement keeps the line away from the blank when it is heavily loaded, reduces twisting and optimizes efficiency.

To ensure a perfectly reliable connection between the rod and the reel, the Technium Deep Drop is equipped with an extremely robust Pac Bay reel seat mounted on an EVA handle that offers an excellent grip. An aluminum butt (gimbal) completes the set for increased comfort and strength.

The range includes two models, both 7'6" (229 cm) long with a 1+1 construction (detachable handle) for easier transport :

* 500 to 1000 g model, intended for classic deepwater fishing.
* 800 to 1500 g model, designed to reach the bottom quickly and fish effectively in strong currents.
