The Lure Soul Cast PE is the best braid offered by the premium manufacturer Momoi. To us, it's a top-of-the-range braid with which few products in the world can compete.

Thanks to its special coating, it allows to achieve excellent casting distances. At the same time, its resistance to abrasion is remarkable for a given diameter. The coating is particularly durable. The braid is flexible, very silent and maintains its colour for a long time. If you're still looking for a new favourite braid and know to appreciate the value of a good line, the Lure Soul PE clearly deserves a place on your reel.

At Momoi, we no longer communicate the diameter for our braids, but only the PE value. Here's why:

• The diameter of a braid can't be measured accurately due to its irregular section.

• The majority of competitors indicate unrealistic values. In reality, most of their braids are thicker or weaker than what is advertised. Many anglers are misled by these figures. We prefer not to play this game and stay honest.
• Japanese PE classifies the braids according to their actual weight, not their strength. Specifically, two braids having the same weight for the same length belong to the same PE class. Japanese manufacturers use reference tables to determine these classes. In practice, the PE value gives a much more reliable indication of the fineness of a braid, even without direct measurement of the diameter.
