The EGI OH LIVE 3.5 is a squid jig designed with a low center of gravity to optimize its performance during jigging and to achieve longer casting distances. The « Blade Sinker » shape of its tin weight greatly improves its stability and gives it a more pronounced right-to-left erratic darting action during rod movements. To stimulate the cephalopods' hunting instinct and their detection ability, the jigs in the EGI OH LIVE range are equipped with Warm Jacket technology, a coating designed to reproduce and retain, more durably than traditional coatings, the slight temperature variation between the water and the body of prey that warms on contact with light. They are also fitted with two eyes with phosphorescence at a wavelength of 490 nm, corresponding to the average light spectrum most perceptible to cephalopods. Size 3.5 is perfect for targeting large squids and big cuttlefish in deeper areas. It maintains excellent horizontality in the current to be more easily spotted and taken by cephalopods. It has an approximate sinking rate of 3 seconds per 1 meter.
