The UPPER 70 is an unweighted, slightly buoyant squid jig that cephalopods can grasp very easily. Its posture in the water mimics a prey rising through the water column to trigger the predatory instinct of cephalopods, notably squids that approach and attack from below. These squid jigs feature NEON BRIGHT technology with color options showing UV blue, green or red bodies to offer a wide range of wavelength variations of light in the water. By matching the reflection color to the color of the water, the reflection produced by the jig is more noticeable and increases the predatory instinct of cephalopods. The UV blue color will be suitable for summer and winter light conditions, the UV green color more for spring and autumn, and the UV red color in the morning and evening.
