Feeder nylons

Feeder nylons are at the heart of all feeder fishing gear, as they ensure the link between the feeder rod and the feeder. Their main characteristic is being a sinking nylon to facilitate setting up the rig, especially at significant depths. The angler also appreciates limited stretch for better bite detection.

The diameter of the main line should be chosen according to the desired distance and the target fish: the maximum commonly accepted is 0.30 mm for large carp in open water, the minimum 0.14 mm for wary silverfish.
