The Doppelganger is the transitional crankbait for mid-depth layers. It's the only floating model in the range, equipped with a rattling ball (rattle) that adds a sonic dimension to the Two Tone's visual appeal. Its round, thick lip has been specifically designed to hold perfectly in the current without the lure veering off sideways.

When to fish it
• Midday, when fish have moved down to between 2.5 and 3.5 m.
• In front of weedbeds (outside edge), over rocks, hard bottoms, in the current.

How to fish it
SLOWLY — it's the absolute key for the Doppelganger. Willem insists: the rolling action only develops fully at low speed. The noise of the rattle adds attractiveness on every pass. Bumping the bottom and the rocks is a plus: the unpredictable movements trigger a reaction strike. It works very well in current thanks to the shape of its lip.
