our first inline spinner model: the sleepy, very technical… too… did not win everyone over because of its difficulty of use. that's why we chose to work on a much more all-purpose model suited to everyone.

the blackbird meets these requirements: it is an inline spinner of the « in-line » type that turns as soon as it contacts the water and at the slightest provocation, including when reeling very slowly. you can feel it in the rod, sometimes requiring a rolling swivel to limit twist in large rivers.

thanks to its teardrop weight, this spinner sinks quickly to fish the bottom of pools or to stay positioned in strong currents. reeling slowly will allow you to work it at the desired depth but it easily rises in the water column as soon as retrieval speed increases. the blackbrid copes with both strong currents and calm flats, which makes it versatile at the water's edge.
